On Friday evening, despite the rainy weather, a magnificent boat parade was held in the Riga city canal, thus opening the largest and most important fishing competition in the Baltics – Garmin Predator Cup 2023. The parade, which was held in cooperation with the Latvian aluminum boat manufacturer “Vizion”, was attended by boats from Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. The competition takes place on August 19 and 20, and in it more than 170 athletes compete for ambitious prizes, spinning pike, zander and perch in the waters around Riga. The competition is organized by the Latvian Fishing Sports Federation. General sponsor – GARMIN. The main supporters are VIZION, YAMAHA, Eholotes.eu, BTA, Salmo and Riga Free Port.
